01 Steel Structure
Beams & Framework
Engineered for long-term structural integrity, every SD Padel court is constructed using premium-grade structural steel beams 8×14 cm upper beams and 8×8 cm lower beams, each with a 3 mm wall thickness. This robust framework is designed to withstand demanding play conditions while maintaining a clean, architectural silhouette.
Wire Mesh Panels
The lower wire mesh panels measure 2×3 m with a 4 mm wire thickness and a 5×5 cm aperture, mounted on 2×6 cm box section frames with 3 mm thickness. This configuration delivers a safe, rigid enclosure that retains its form under continuous ball impact season after season.
Upper Wire Mesh
The upper section features 2×1 m wire mesh panels with identical wire specifications to the lower panels, ensuring a seamless, uniform finish across the full height of the court.
Support Columns
Four structural support columns, each fabricated from 8×8 cm box sections with 3 mm thickness, anchor the lighting system and reinforce the overall frame stability.
Surface Protection Dual-Layer Anti-Corrosion System
