INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us:

Your name, email address, phone number and message when you complete a form on our website, including the contact form, academy enquiries, tournament registration, and court purchase enquiries.

Your name, email address and phone number when you complete a lead form on Facebook or Instagram. Meta passes this information to us so that we can respond to your enquiry.

Your name, phone number and booking details when you reserve a court, join the academy, or enter a tournament, whether directly with us, through our app, or through the Padel Finder booking platform.

Any information you choose to send us by WhatsApp, email, phone or social media message.

Information collected automatically:

Standard website data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. Our website is built and hosted on Wix, which collects this information to operate and secure the site.

Cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, which records actions taken on our website such as viewing the tournaments page or completing a registration. We use this to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in padel.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, national ID numbers or passport numbers through our website forms.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To answer your enquiry and contact you about the service you asked about, usually by WhatsApp or phone.

To confirm and manage your court booking, academy place, or tournament entry.

To arrange payment for a booking, an academy term, or a tournament entry. Payment is arranged directly with our team and is not taken through this website.

To send you information about SD Padel events, offers, academy terms and tournaments, where you have asked to hear from us. You can ask us to stop at any time.

To measure and improve our website and our advertising.

To keep our facilities, staff and players safe, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with the service providers we need in order to run the business:

Wix, which hosts our website and stores form submissions.

Meta Platforms, which delivers our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and passes us the details you enter in a lead form. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's privacy policy.

The Padel Finder booking platform, where your booking is made through it.

WhatsApp, where you contact us or we contact you on that channel.

Our coaches, tournament staff and location partners, to the extent they need your name and contact details to deliver the session or event you booked.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by Egyptian law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep enquiry and form data only as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a reasonable record of the enquiry. We keep booking, academy and tournament records for as long as needed to run the service and to meet our accounting and tax obligations under Egyptian law. When information is no longer needed it is deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you.

Correct anything that is wrong.

Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.

Stop sending you marketing messages.

Stop using your information for advertising measurement.

Write to info@sd-padel.com and we will respond. There is no charge for these requests.

You can also control advertising directly with Meta, in the ad preferences of your Facebook or Instagram account, and you can control cookies through your browser settings.

CHILDREN

Our academy and junior programmes are open to children, and a parent or guardian registers them and gives us their details. We collect only what we need to run the session safely and to contact the parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child through this website. If you believe a child has given us information, write to info@sd-padel.com and we will remove it.

SECURITY

Your information is stored on Wix's platform, which encrypts data in transit and applies its own security controls. Access within SD Padel is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Wix, Meta and our other providers operate servers outside Egypt, so your information may be stored or processed outside Egypt. We use providers that apply recognised safeguards to that transfer.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Where a change is significant, we will say so on our website.
